This notice describes the information handled when someone uses Ozark County Released Inmates, how that information supports the site, and the limited circumstances in which it may be shared. It covers searches sent through partner tools, direct messages, routine technical records, and cookies. By continuing to use the site, a visitor accepts the practices stated here. Ozark County Released Inmates does not store or log those search terms on its own systems. The provider receives and handles the query under its own privacy practices, which may differ from this notice.

Emails and Contact Messages

If you email or submit a contact message, we retain the message and the contact details you include long enough to review the request and reply. Those communications are not shared outside the organization unless disclosure is required by law. Do not send sensitive custody, medical, identity, payment, or case information that is not needed for a general site question.

Technical Details Collected Automatically

Routine server, analytics, and service logs may record technical details when a page loads. These records help the Ozark County resource operate, reveal broad traffic patterns, and identify faults. The details may include:
